It has been recently discovered that some dealers and individuals have engaged in the following illegal activities during their business operations: unauthorized use of third-party products to impersonate our company's "Xiao Liuzhuang" brand products for sale, unauthorized provision of our company's qualification documents and inspection reports, and the related involved products have been deemed unqualified by regulatory authorities after inspection.

Solemn Statement
Recently, it has been discovered that certain distributors and individuals have engaged in the following illegal activities during their business operations: unauthorized use of third-party products to impersonate our company's "Xiao Liuzhuang" brand products for sale, unauthorized provision of our company's qualification documents and inspection reports, and the related involved products have been deemed unqualified by regulatory authorities. Such actions have seriously disrupted market order, infringed upon consumer rights, and caused significant damage to our company's reputation.
To maintain a fair market trading environment and protect the legitimate rights and interests of partners and consumers, in accordance with the "Anti-Unfair Competition Law of the People's Republic of China," the "Food Safety Law of the People's Republic of China," and other relevant laws and regulations, we hereby solemnly declare the following cooperation norms:
I. Business Norms
1. It is strictly forbidden to use any products not produced by our company to impersonate "Xiao Liuzhuang" brand products in any form. Once verified, our company will immediately terminate the cooperation agreement, revoke the distributor qualification, place the party on a permanent blacklist, and reserve the right to pursue civil compensation and criminal liability.
2. It is strictly forbidden to provide our company's business license, production license, quality inspection reports, or other qualification documents for products not produced by our company. Violators will be reported to the market regulatory authorities according to law and held legally responsible for forging corporate documents.
3. It is strictly forbidden to alter product production dates, shelf life, or engage in repackaging and other illegal activities. According to the relevant provisions of the "Food Safety Law," responsible parties will face fines of over 100,000 RMB up to license revocation.
II. Quality Commitment

(2) Production process: Strict implementation of GB 2712-2014 soy product hygiene standards
