1. General Manager

  Overall strategic planning and full-chain operations, integrating the non-GMO soybean supply chain in Northeast Africa, capacity expansion, and Guanzhang Industrial resources, coordinating industry alliances to advance international layout, controlling brand building and annual output value targets with food safety as the baseline.

2. Assistant to the General Manager

  Collaborate to implement strategy, track soybean traceability, production line upgrades, and Guanzhang Industrial's foreign trade orders, coordinate cross-departmental cooperation, ensuring capacity ramp-up and international expansion efficiency.

3. Deputy General Manager of Sales

  Oversee sales, production, and Guanzhang Industrial, promote the integration of traditional craftsmanship and intelligent production lines, deeply cultivate the national market, support Guanzhang Industrial in developing dry seasonings / hot pot ingredients and foreign trade exports.

4. Deputy General Manager

  Coordinate finance, office, human resources, and legal affairs, control soybean procurement costs and expansion investments, build a core talent system, strictly adhere to food safety and foreign trade compliance, integrate alliance resources to enhance brand credibility.

5. Sales Department

  Build a "domestic distribution + foreign trade collaboration" network, penetrate the Henan and Shanxi markets, coordinate with Guanzhang Industrial to overcome international certifications, research demands to promote product iteration.

6. Production Department

  Operate intelligent production lines, execute full-process quality control of non-GMO soybeans from Northeast Africa, promote base expansion and new production line commissioning, ensure scalable supply of 100+ SKUs.

7. Finance Department

  Control soybean procurement costs, expansion investments, and foreign trade funds, calculate R&D investment, support resource allocation with data.

8. General Manager's Office

  Coordinate administration and cross-department collaboration, ensure smooth production line upgrades, integrate alliance resources, manage corporate honors and brand culture.

9. Human Resources Department

  Build a "R&D + Production + Foreign Trade" talent system, conduct specialized training, design performance systems to activate the team.

10. Procurement Department

  Dual-track procurement: deeply cultivate the non-GMO soybean "direct sourcing - traceability - testing" closed loop in Northeast Africa, simultaneously procure intelligent production lines and water purification equipment, support capacity upgrades.

11. Legal Department

  Maintain intellectual property including "Provincial Famous Trademark", review qualifications and production compliance, ensure Guanzhang Industrial's foreign trade contracts and tariff compliance.

12. Guanzhang Industrial

  Focus on foreign trade (exporting traditional bean products) and domestic sales (developing dry seasonings / hot pot ingredients), coordinate sales to integrate channels, promote the company's upgrade to ingredient solutions.
