为使小刘庄豆腐传统工艺得以传承和发扬，2008年5月在小刘庄村支两委的召集下，决定筹资组建济源市欣园豆制品有限公司，当时参股42家，共筹资500余万元。公司正式进入建设阶段，经过5个月的建设，建成厂房2000平方米，公司购进千张、豆腐生产设备。
